With temperate weather, flowers in full bloom and greenery at its lushest, late spring is perfect for a short break in the UK. So, the timing of this competition prize couldn’t be better. This late May bank holiday (23-26 May), Holiday Property Bond is offering you and a guest the opportunity to escape to HPB Sibton Park, a Grade II-listed country house set within 43 acres of beautiful parkland in Kent’s North Downs.

HPB provides a practical and affordable alternative to owning a holiday home, as it gives Bondholders access to a variety of exclusive properties in more than 30 locations across the UK and Europe, including Sibton Park.

This charming property, close to the historic cities of Canterbury and Rochester, has been converted into comfortable apartments, cottages and studios. It boasts a selection of amenities, such as tennis courts, an all-weather bowling green and a leisure centre featuring a heated pool and sauna, plus a clubroom with table tennis, pool and bar billiards.

And as if all that wasn’t enough to keep you busy, the lucky competition winner will also receive two tickets for all three days of the Kent Garden Show. Here, you can admire stunning floral displays and discover more than 300 exhibitors offering a range of handy gardening products.
