Join the BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine team for an inspiring day out on Friday 15 August 2025 and immerse yourself in the wonder and delight that is Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel.

Discover the gardens, which play a pivotal role in informing the menus, and then enjoy a hands-on bird of prey demonstration. This is followed by a champagne reception and a delicious two Michelin-star lunch. You’ll explore the 11 gardens in the company of one of Le Manoir’s senior garden team, and try your hand at flying hawks in the beautiful grounds, learning about these magnificent birds of prey under the guidance of expert handlers.

After the activities, join us for a champagne reception followed by a four-course, two-Michelin-starred tasting menu, using produce from Raymond Blanc’s famous kitchen garden. The courses will be accompanied by matching wines.
